Pick up brochure and order forms from Andrea Babb.

Sale begins 9/27/04 and ends on 10/20/04.

Collect payment at time of order. Have them make checks payable to Troop 186.

Order forms and money are due by Wednesday, 10/20 to Andrea Babb (do not give money or order forms to anyone else).

Delivery will take place November 16-24. You will be called with information on where to pick up your order.

For "Direct Delivery" orders, fill in blue ink form completely:

Ensure address is correct and complete (No P.O. Boxes)

Circle the item ordered

Be sure greeting is written on form to recipient
